To take a supportive role during an interim period as a leadership team. Its mission is to position the church for a successful and seamless transition toward a new senior pastor. We optimize the transitional process, allowing the leadership team to focus on hiring. We come into a church with a team approach, quickly assess what is needed and are fully functional within a short period of time, quickly assimilating into the church environment.

We will provide
- Leadership of day-to-day operations of church during transition
- Will provide an interim teaching, speaking, & pastoral team
- Will provide relevant, effective open communication about/during the process
- Conduct a comprehensive church consultation around church health, examining all systems/ministries, troubleshooting where there are weaknesses
- Deliver a full report on findings regarding church health and demographics complete with recommendations
- Be available for development of strategic plan
- Provide the current leadership mentoring, coaching or leadership development
- Follow up for 6 months post COGTLT
We will provide
