COG SWAT

Our Mission

The mission of our SWAT team is to provide a snapshot assessment in the space of one weekend. 

On this weekend, using our diagnostic tools, we will:

• visit your church
• meet with your leadership team
• experience the weekend services
• check out your facilities
• talk with individuals from your congregation
• examine programs
• analyze traffic flow
• and other specific tasks

Afterwards you will receive an Executive Summary report detailing our visit with our expert advice and recommendations.  There is no long term commitment, however, we will be closely connected before and after the weekend with ongoing phone consultations, email consultations or, if you require, a more extended on-site visit and consultation.
