Step 2:  Set on-site appointments with a consultant in order to begin the process of gathering information and data necessary for analysis. This may include conducting a Church Health Survey and one-on-one personal interviews with your staff and congregation.

Step 3:  After the analysis, research and report is completed, meet with a consultant to explore findings. From this we can create a strategic plan for the months or years ahead.
